Support Services Refund Policy
By purchasing any support service from desiresg, you agree to the refund terms outlined below.
We stand behind the quality of our support services. However, we understand that not every issue can be resolved in all situations. If we are unable to fix a problem related to repair work (not custom development), and we determine that the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund may be issued.
If you cancel a support request before our team has the opportunity to investigate the issue, or if the required access or information is not provided, only 50% of the payment will be refunded. This is because operational costs and initial work may already have been completed once a service request is submitted.
As an alternative, you may choose to receive a full refund as store credit, which can be used for future services and does not expire.
Refund Conditions
